Rating: R
Pairing:Harry/Draco
Summary (author's own): AU: Harry learns during his seventh year that his life can change forever in a single moment in time. SLASH and MPREG (HarryDraco)
Story Status: WIP

My Thoughts:
Now I don't usually read betrayal fics, but this; this is the exception. The writing is gripping and completely heart wrenching at times, and the relationships are complex, real and drag you along whether you want to go or not. Even if you don't like Mpreg you'll like this one, trust me. The fic does not revolve around the mpreg, it is part of the plot, not the cause of the plot which is a wonderful change for the genre. If you want a good read (kept me up until one in the morning) than this fic is for you.

Disclaimer (author's own): Harry Potter and his world are the inestimable creation of J.K. Rowling. I am a trespasser, playing for my amusement (and hopefully yours).
Rating: R
Pairing:Harry/Draco
Summary (author's own): When Ron and Hermione get together, they notice only each other. A nightmare prompts Harry to return alone to the empty Chamber of Secrets, and leads to a new look at an old enemy. Harry enjoys the company, but with Dominique LeStrange actively hunting him, how far can he trust a Death Eater's son?
Story Status: Complete

My Thoughts:
Another great story from a great writer. The progression of Harry and Draco's tentative friendship is rich and not a simple bed of roses. The characters are crafted beautifully to make the reader feel for them and there is no sudden rush of Harry and Draco as enemies to Harry and Draco as friends and then more. There is transition and conflict all leading up to a fantastic ending that will have you scrabbling for the next chapter to find out what happens.

Rating: NC-17
Pairing:Harry/Snape
Summary (author's own): When Harry comes of age in the wizarding world, he has to find someone to aid him in the passage to adulthood.
Story Status: Complete

My Thoughts:
This fic could be so badly done, but here is an example of a fanfic based on a premise that has been so murdered in the past that some readers would shy away, and yet is well worth the read. The characters are well portrayed and real, the plot is plausable and the writing style is engaging. The sex is fantastically written and not in the least bit squicky.

Rating:R
Pairing:n/a
Summary (author's own):Blood magic was supposed to keep Harry safe, but his relatives are expendable. Blood magic was supposed to keep Harry looking like his adoptive father, but it's wearing off. Blood is a bond, but so is the memory of hate -- or love.
Story status: WIP

My Thoughts:
In my opinion GatewayGirl is a fantastic writer. Her characters are rich and believeable and the situations into which she places them are well plotted and gripping. This story is an answer to the Severitus Challenge where Snape is Harry's father. I have seen this done badly, but this one is outstanding and well worth a read. GatewayGirl shows us Harry's world changing beyond his control and how he copes with this as well as a conflicted, worried Severus Snape. I have no qualms in recommending this fic. It is updated regularly and is engaging enough to keep you hanging on for the next section.
